USE AGREEMENT FOR NORMAL PEOPLE
This is the simple and sweet version of our a-little-less-simple Full Use Agreement. To drown yourself in legal mumbo-jumbo, you may also read the Full Use Agreement, which is required when you register anyhow.

One Year Contract
You'll love Ground Floored so much this shouldn't even be an issue! We do require a one year contract, after which you may discontinue at any time. Be assured, your price will never raise above your original cost, even after the one year contract. We want to be a part of your business strategy for years to come, so we hope you'll want to be with us for a while, too!

Payment
Credit card payments will automatically reoccur every month. No writing checks. No paperwork. No buying stamps. No late payment charges. Everyone's happy — you've got a great website without payment hassles, and we're able to serve you as efficiently as possible to keep costs down.

Ownership of Domain Names
Your website will have its own internet address, which is called a Domain Name. You will have ownership of your own Domain Name. However, Ground Floored reserves the right to retain use of your Domain Name until any contractual agreements between you and Ground Floored have expired.

Use of Ground Floored Templates and Designs
All templates and designs are copyrighted and property of Ground Floored, LLC. You may not use the templates or designs for your own website hosted by any other party at any other time. You may re-use any information or content you have submitted, but we'd like to keep our neato designs for exclusive use through Ground Floored.

Service Availability
We do everything in our power to make sure your website will always be available to the viewing public. Should our system happen to come to a halt, we are not liable for any potential business lost.

Unacceptable Use
We won't allow any of the following through Ground Floored services: Illegal or objectionable content (including pictures of puppies wearing sweaters), copyright and intellectual property infringement (you'll have to share your stolen music somewhere else), or anything that might endanger the integrity of our systems, our network or the internet at large (we do not encourage SPAM, canned or otherwise). We will remove any content we deem unacceptable and may terminate or suspend your use of Ground Floored services accordingly. Early termination may also carry associated fees.

Investigations
We reserve the right to monitor all Ground Floored websites (including stuff not viewable to the public) to ensure none of the naughty behavior listed above is happening. We won't be held liable for any monitoring we must do for maintenance or legal investigations. We will also work with local and/or federal authorities when warranted.

Use Agreement Changes
Ground Floored may need to change the Use Agreement periodically to cover our butts...there's a lot of crazy lawyers out there looking to get rich (apologies to any lawyers reading this — please don't sue us for saying that). We will post any revisions on this very website.
